At Pandora, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy, please review our return policy below.

1. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • In the original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • Returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

Please note that customized or engraved items are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@panndoraa.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with instructions on where to send your item.

3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

4. Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, please contact us to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to item availability and must meet return eligibility criteria.

5. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning items unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.

6. Non-Refundable Items
Gift cards, sale items, and final-sale products cannot be returned or exchanged.

7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.

Cancellation requests are only accepted for unshipped orders. Once the order has been processed and shipped, cancellations are no longer possibl
